CPR Family and Friends

Each year, over 300,000 Americans suffer from sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Despite the best efforts of emergency medical personnel, less than 8% of those who suffer from a sudden cardiac arrest outside the hospital survive.
Since SCA can happen to anyone at any time, even those who appear healthy, it is important to know what to do in that situation. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an easy-to-learn technique that can triple a victim’s chance of survival if provided immediately and effectively. Despite this, less than a third of out-of- hospital cardiac arrest victims receive CPR from an observer. CPR is a life-saving skill that anyone can learn! You can too!
Family & Friends CPR course offers basic CPR training and CPR Class NJ in a dynamic group environment. This course uses the research-proven Practice-While-Watching method to provide students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. Why not have a friends and family CPR get together!
